Fixed unintentional triggering of downloads from register view

Fixed an issue where the download button for registers unintentionally triggered document downloads when clicking other buttons/links.

Fixed disabling of next button from login components

Fixed a issue that was introduced in version 2.3.1 where the next button in a form no longer always was disabled when on a section including a login component.

Fixed issue with ics events in outgoing emails

Fixed an issue with ics events not being generated correctly for emails being sent out via the Microsoft Graph API.
