Set name for uploaded files

The component “FileUpload” now has the option to set a name for files that are uploaded through the component. In the case that multiple files are allowed in the component then all uploaded files will get the same name, with all files after the first one getting a serial number added to the end of the name (for example: file_1.txt).

Download all attached files

There have been added a new button to the attachments menu in the sidebar (that is displayed when viewing a ticket in the admin portal) that lets a user download all attachments with one single click. When clicking the button a zip folder that includes all attached files will be downloaded through the users browser.
